Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Facility Manager to lead maintenance operations across a nationwide resort portfolio. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure the safety and optimal condition of utilities, grounds, and amenities.

Ideal candidates bring strong maintenance leadership, safety compliance, and budget management skills, with flexibility for varied schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, safety compliance, and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and on-site contractors to maintain resort facilities.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs across utilities, grounds, and amenities.
• Uphold safety regulations and OSHA standards in all tasks.
• Manage maintenance budget and inventory; report on CAPEX variances.
• Ensure guest areas are clean, safe, and functioning to high standards.
