Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking an Assistant Manager to support operations at the Robert’s RV Resort. You’ll learn and perform administrative tasks, support marketing initiatives, and oversee property maintenance while prioritizing guest and resident relations and delivering Epic Customer Service.

You’ll collaborate with the Resort Manager and leadership to drive reservations, occupancy, and brand initiatives, while ensuring compliance and effective budget management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in property/resort management preferred.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial.
• Familiarity with resort operations and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support community operations including administrative tasks, marketing initiatives and property maintenance.
• Prioritize guest and resident relations and deliver Epic Customer Service.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling of resort staff.
• Lead in the absence of the General Manager and coordinate with executive leadership.
• Manage reservations, send confirmations and communicate with guests via Rent Manager.
