Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure the upkeep and curb appeal of the community. You will supervise day-to-day maintenance tasks, coordinate grounds and cabin housekeeping, and ensure safety and compliance across all facilities.

You will oversee 4–5 team members, participate in mowing and grounds work, and work with the General Manager on emergency schedules and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining grounds, facilities, and utility systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and prioritize work for the maintenance team.
• Supervise 4–5 team members in mowing, pool cleaning, and general property upkeep.
• Ensure on-site safety, proper handling of chemicals, and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with General Manager on emergency on-call schedules and capital expenditure plans.
• Oversee coordination of cabin housekeeping and overall property presentation.
