Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking an Assistant Manager to support resort operations, guest and resident relations, and marketing initiatives. You will help maintain budgets, schedule staff, and ensure outstanding customer service across the resort community.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Resort Manager and VP of Operations to resolve issues, enforce standards, and oversee financial aspects. A strong background in hospitality, budgeting, and compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or property management experience preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and revenue in a resort setting.
• Familiarity with Rent Manager, RMS, or Reserve America is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Resort Manager; supervise staff and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Marketing to boost reservations and occupancy.
• Oversee guest/resident relations and ensure epic customer service.
• Monitor operating budgets and report variances.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and employment laws.
• Handle statements, rents, and delinquent accounts.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain resort rules and safe, orderly environment.
• Prepare annual operating budget with GM and VP Operations.
• Market park models and homes for sale within the resort.
