Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, including landscaping, carpentry, painting, and basic repairs, under the supervision of the Facilities Supervisor. You will ensure the upkeep of our facilities and surrounding grounds while adhering to health and OSHA safety standards.

The role emphasizes self-reliance, task prioritization, and timely completion of work orders to keep the resort welcoming and safe for guests and residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, and willingness to meet safety standards.
• Prior experience in facility maintenance or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and OSHA standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance including landscaping, carpentry, painting, and basic repairs.
• Complete work orders under supervision.
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain grounds and facility appearance.
• Ensure readiness of resort for guest use.
