Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities in Willis, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small maintenance team responsible for grounds, facilities, and guest-ready presentation across our community. You will oversee day-to-day tasks, coordinate on-site contractors, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The role combines hands-on work with supervisory duties, requires CPO certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in facility maintenance or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and OSHA standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and assign work orders.
• Supervise 4–5 team members in mowing, pool cleaning, plumbing and electrical.
• Coordinate on-site contractors and maintenance projects.
• Ensure safety procedures and OSHA standards are followed.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment.
• Assist in capital expenditures and budget variances.
• Support cabin housekeeping coordination and property presentation.
• Perform hands-on grounds maintenance tasks.
