Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Kitchen Worker to maintain the resort kitchens, clean and sanitize equipment, dining ware and prep areas, and dispose of waste. The role involves breaking down dishes during events, transporting items between kitchens and banquet spaces, and assisting with setup and teardown as required by Catering or Stewarding Management.

Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in Stewarding or in a similar heavy-duty cleaning field.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Position requires a Food Handler Card.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness of dining ware, kitchen equipment, surfaces and floors.
• Break down and clean dishes, silverware, and related items during and after events.
• Transport food and dirty dishes between kitchen areas and banquet spaces.
• Assist with dish-up, setup, service, and teardown as directed by management.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals; report shortages.
