Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Adhere to health, sanitation and safety regulations as required.
• Help maintain supply levels and support banquet service as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean pots, pans, china, glassware and silverware and mop/sweep floors.
• Restock buffet lines with ice, china, flatware and glassware.
• Polish silverware and maintain a clean work area in the kitchen.
• Assist in banquet dish-ups and support supervisor as directed.
• Follow safety rules and company policies at all times.
