Job summary

Wynn Resorts, Limited in Las Vegas is seeking a Porter to support kitchen operations. You will clean stoves, grills, ovens, and related equipment, and ensure all gear stays sanitary and ready for use. You will also sort and wash dishes and maintain a clean work area in line with Health Department standards.

Roles require prompt attendance, teamwork, and adherence to PPE and safety rules. Prior kitchen stewarding is a plus, but not required, and 18+ age is expected.

Qualifications

• Candidate must communicate in English, both written and oral.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in kitchen stewarding or similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean all cooking devices and maintain sanitation of work areas per Health Department standards.
• Wash, clean, and polish equipment; sort and clean dishes and utensils.
• Operate in a team setting; comply with safety and PPE requirements.
