Palms Casino Resort is seeking a detail-oriented Kitchen Worker to maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned areas. You will wash, sanitize, and organize dishware and kitchen items, ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced resort setting.

Responsibilities include stocking detergents, cleaning surfaces and floors, handling waste, and assisting with inventory. Prior resort exposure and adherence to health and safety guidelines are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months stewarding or comparable experience preferred.
• Culinary training certification adds value.
• Experience in a resort setting is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Wash and sanitize all china, glassware and flatware by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Gather pots and pans; wash in sinks or pot machines; organize items to storage locations.
• Maintain detergents and fix equipment like dishwashers and washers.
• Clean floors, tables, cutting boards, and equipment; mop and sweep as needed.
• Handle trash, linen inventories, and transport equipment between outlets.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations and participate in mandatory trainings.
