Job summary
Killington Pico Ski Resort is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a team delivering full-range technical support for resort technology systems. Responsibilities include supporting POS, RFID, IP cameras, digital signage, and audio/visual hardware, with installations, configurations, maintenance and troubleshooting across multiple resort sites.
The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience, expertise with Windows OS, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Windows OS.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation for intra-resort travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide full range of IT support for resort tech systems including POS, RFID, IP cameras, and audio/visual equipment.
- Install, configure, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Support and install POS systems and peripherals.
- Maintain documentation of systems and processes, and respond to trouble tickets (Zendesk).
- Participate in on-call rotations and coordinate with departments and external firms as needed.
