Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Systems Administrator to install, configure, and upgrade hotel technology across properties. You will deploy PMS, POS, and network infrastructure while coordinating with vendors and brand teams to ensure seamless operations.

You will travel to properties up to 25% of the time, support Active Directory and cloud services, and maintain security and disaster recovery processes. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

Three or more years in systems or network administration.
Strong LAN/WAN administration experience with VLANs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Windows Server and Active Directory administration experience (DNS/DHCP).
Familiarity with virtualization and cloud services (VMware/Hyper-V, Azure).
Experience with security best practices, backups, and incident response.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and upgrade property and corporate systems.
Deploy PMS/POS and other hotel technology deployments.
Manage servers, networks, and endpoints; monitor performance and security.
Lead network refreshes and server migrations; collaborate with vendors and brand teams.
Provide remote and on-site support; participate in on-call rotations.
