Job summary

Killington/Pico Ski Resorts Partners, LLC is seeking a Technology Specialist I to provide comprehensive IT support across the resort. You will help install, configure, and maintain POS, RFID, cameras, digital signage, and the resort's music and IT infrastructure.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, good communication, and the ability to work outdoors and weekends. You will work with teams across departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required.

• Experience with Windows OS and hardware required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full technical support for technology systems across Killington/Pico Ski Resorts.
• Install, configure, and maintain POS, RFID, and digital signage systems.
• Support IP cameras, speakers, music devices, and resort-wide IT infrastructure.
• Document tickets, perform on-call rotations, and share knowledge with the IT team.
• Collaborate with supervisors, vendors, and internal departments to deliver reliable service.
