Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a PC Technician Senior Coordinator to provide end-user IT support, maintain hardware and software, and assist in procurement and documentation. This on-site role requires mentoring IT staff, managing tickets, and supporting multiple POS systems across locations to ensure an Experience of a Lifetime for guests and employees.

The role emphasizes safety, guest service, and continuous improvement within an enterprise IT environment, with opportunities to contribute to SOPs

Qualifications

• Experience with IT support in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Must be able to sit/stand for long periods.
• Able to lift 50 lbs with assistance.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and maintain hardware/software.
• Assist with procurement and maintain SOPs.
• Mentor coworkers and manage tickets in the system.
• Support POS and enterprise applications across locations.
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Strive to improve user support and guest experience through training and new ideas.
