Job summary

The Lakehouse Resort in San Marcos, CA, seeks an IT Operations Manager to own all IT, AV and security systems across the property, including golf courses, restaurants and event venues. This hands-on role leads a 1-2 person team and reports to Corporate IT, delivering reliable technology for guests and events.

Responsibilities include managing IP networks, PMS/POS systems (Opera Cloud, Simphony, Jonas), CCTV, PCI DSS, and AV for events; set budgets and standards; work nights and weekends as

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hotel/resort IT experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing Windows AD environments, hybrid AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
• Windows Server 2019/2022, Microsoft 365, Azure/Intune, Windows 11 management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of all resort technology across all venues.
• Manage and troubleshoot large-scale IP networks and wireless infrastructure.
• Administer and support property systems including Opera Cloud PMS, Simphony POS, Jonas Club.
• Maintain PCI DSS compliance and cybersecurity controls.
• Serve as on-property escalation point for IT and AV during events.
