Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a PC Technician: Senior Coordinator to provide day-to-day IT support at a on-site location during the winter season. You will handle hardware/software support, assist with procurement, and help maintain documentation and SOPs while mentoring teammates.

The role focuses on safe operations and exceptional guest service, supporting multiple POS systems and an enterprise IT environment. Weekend/holiday work may be required, with full-time winter hours.

Qualifications

• Provide end-user IT support for hardware and software in a Windows LAN environment.
• Assist with procurement and create/update SOPs for IT processes.
• Mentor coworkers and track ticket progress using the ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and guest service while delivering IT support.
• Support resort and remote-location sales points and peripherals.
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs; contribute to IT training.
