Job summary

Deer Valley Resort Company, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our on-site team in the Park City area. You will be the first line of triage for helpdesk requests, supporting Windows, Mac, and mixed environments, and collaborating across departments to resolve issues.

You will work in a mountain resort setting, with on-call rotations, and opportunities to learn a wide range of IT systems including RFID gates, business applications, and network infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in variable mountain weather conditions.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac in an AD environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Triage helpdesk tickets quickly with detailed notes.
• Support, repair, configure, and upgrade Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and Linux devices.
• Coordinate with departments, vendors, and teams to resolve issues.
• Move and re-configure hardware with attention to cable management.
• Troubleshoot RFID gates, business apps, webcams, PtPs, and IT systems.
• Handle low voltage wiring, network terminations, and fiber splicing.
• Be available for on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Demonstrate patience and empathy for end users.
