Vail Resorts is hiring for a Winter Seasonal IT Support Senior Coordinator to provide day-to-day IT help for hardware and software at a resort location. You will assist with procurement, create SOPs, mentor teammates, and manage tickets to resolve issues in a Windows LAN and POS environment, delivering an Experience of a Lifetime for staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and maintenance for hardware and software
• Assist with procurement and create/update documentation/SOPs
• Mentor coworkers and use ticketing system to track progress
• Support multiple POS systems and Windows client/server LAN environment
