Superior Shores Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations, hire and develop a premier housekeeping team, and ensure rooms and public areas meet top cleanliness and presentation standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality. You will collaborate with Front Desk and resort leadership to manage occupancy, priorities, and guest needs while maintaining supply levels and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, or resort experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop housekeeping team members.
• Create daily and weekly schedules based on occupancy and business needs.
• Assign rooms and daily tasks to housekeeping team members.
• Inspect guest rooms and spaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Follow up on guest requests and housekeeping-related service issues.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and resort leadership on room status and priorities.
• Maintain supplies, inventory, and storage areas.
• Train team on cleaning procedures, safety, and resort standards.
• Support seasonal staffing and collaborate with other departments.
