Job summary

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, CA, is seeking a Resort Service Supervisor to support the Front Office Manager. You will lead front desk duties, ensure accurate reservations, and act as a hotel liaison for guest service issues.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong English communication and computer skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Validate Player Club eligibility for new gaming patrons in promotions.
• Develop knowledge of casino/hotel policies to inform staff and guests.
