Qualifications

• Must read, write, understand and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, friendly, professional room service to guests and staff.
• Enters food and beverage orders promptly into the POS system.
• Delivers orders to guests within specified times and confirms satisfaction.
• Upsells appetizers, beverages, and desserts per standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of service areas.
• Assists with bussing, set-up, and stock of service stations.
