Job summary

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, CA is seeking Room Service Servers who deliver exceptional guest service and work well as part of a team, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to gaming regulations.

You will take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS, deliver meals within target times, upsell items, and ensure accurate checks while maintaining clean and safe work areas. Training and rotating duties may be involved to support guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED or comparable experience.
• Minimum of one year of RS or Server experience in a high-volume setting.
• Must read, write, understand and speak English fluently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, professional room service to guests and colleagues.
• Enter food and beverage orders into the POS system accurately.
• Deliver ordered items to guests within specified timeframes.
• Upsell appetizers, beverages, and desserts per room service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and assist with bussing and setup.
• Adhere to safety, health, and casino policies and dress standards.
• Communicate guest preferences and use guests by name when possible.
• Assist with training and support for new room service staff.
