Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
Food Worker Certificate (food handler’s card).
Minimum of 1 year of food server experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
Must read, write, understand and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

Provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers and restaurant host/hostess.
To ensure water service is provided to all guests at their arrival and to provide bread and butter service if applicable.
To ensure proper set up and maintenance of service station, tables, and common areas throughout all dining rooms.
Assist servers to deliver prepared food to guests within three minutes of order production.
Monitor and resolve service issues for the outlet according to service standards.
Maintain cleanliness of designated areas and wine glassware, china and flatware.
