Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to handle front desk and administrative duties at the RV resort. You will greet guests, manage reservations, process payments in Yardi, and support resort communications and events.

The role requires strong customer service, telephone skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years administrative experience required.
• 6 months experience with property management/reservation systems preferred.
• 6 months hotel or resort front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with residents and guests.
• Handle routine office tasks, including phones, typing, filing, and general admin duties.
• Manage petty cash and processing of fees and receipts in Yardi.
• Assist with guest reservations and move-in/out processes.
• Support marketing materials, resort communications, and event planning.
