Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors seeks a Guest Services Coordinator to support resort operations, greeting guests and residents, handling inquiries, and coordinating administrative tasks with the RV Resort Manager.

The role involves managing petty cash, processing payments in Yardi, assisting with reservations, preparing communications, and maintaining records, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 2 years in administrative experience (Required).
• 6 months in previous experience using property management and/or reservation systems (Preferred).
• 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience (Preferred).
• Strong customer service skills and excellent telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with guests and residents.
• Maintain petty cash fund and record expenditures.
• Answer phones, type, photocopy, file, and perform admin duties as assigned.
• Process deposits, rent, and fees in Yardi; issue receipts.
• Assist with reservations and guest communications.
• Prepare and distribute resort communications and newsletters.
