Job summary

Sun Outdoors in Austin, TX is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to support resort operations. You will greet guests and residents, handle front desk tasks, and manage routine office duties to ensure a smooth experience for occupants.

You will process payments in Yardi, assist with reservations, maintain records, and help with events and marketing materials. Prior admin/front desk experience is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years in administrative experience
• 6 months in property management/reservation systems
• 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Professional appearance
• Ability to data enter timely and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents and route to RV Resort Manager
• Maintain petty cash and record expenditures
• Answer phones, type, photocopy, file and other duties
• Process deposits, fees, rent, and other charges in Yardi and issue receipts
• Assist with reservations in person and by phone
• Maintain office supplies and prepare supply orders
• Assist with events and marketing materials
• Check guests in and out for reservations
• Refer sales prospects to managers and enter prospect info into system
• Review and code invoices and submit for approval
