Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registration, provide information about the resort and area attractions, and help with reservations and checkout processes.

You will handle cash and credit transactions, balance receipts, and deliver accurate room rate quotes while maintaining a friendly, efficient guest experience in a fast-paced environment at our Zephyr Cove property.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and comprehension required.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm, attentive service from registration to checkout.
• Explain resort facilities and area attractions; provide room rate quotes.
• Process cash/credit transactions according to procedures and balance receipts.
