Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registration and checkout, and provide information about the resort and local attractions. You will handle cash and cards, balance receipts, and process reservations with accuracy and courtesy.

Excellent English communication, professional appearance, and strong multitasking abilities are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly from arrival to checkout and provide hospitality with heart.
Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and share information about the resort and area attractions.
Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
Balance cash receipts and complete bucket checks and other money-handling tasks.
Complete checkout procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups; provide room rate quotes.
Respond to guest inquiries and concerns quickly and accurately.
