Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Las Vegas seeks a Guest Services Associate whose friendly welcome and excellent service make guests' vacations memorable from registration to checkout.

You’ll help with reservations, room rate quotes, and information about the resort and area attractions, while handling cash and card transactions with a positive, can-do attitude. Shifts include evenings, mid shifts, and occasional mornings; strong English communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are essential

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and guide them from registration to checkout.
Provide information about the resort and area attractions; issue unit keys and confirm reservations.
Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures; balance cash receipts.
Complete checkout procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups; provide room rate quotes.
