Job summary

Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors in Michigan seeks a Guest Services Coordinator to support resort operations and guest relations. You will handle check-ins, reservations, and routine office tasks under the RV Resort Manager.

Responsibilities include processing payments in Yardi, coordinating communications, and assisting with events and marketing materials. Excellent customer service and basic computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in administrative experience required.
• Experience with property management/reservation systems preferred.
• Hotel or resort front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with guests and prospective residents.
• Field comments, suggestions, and complaints to RV Resort Manager.
• Maintain petty cash and record expenditures.
• Answer phones, type, photocopy, fax, file, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Process payments (deposits, rent, fees) in Yardi and issue receipts.
• Assist with reservations in person and by phone.
• Prepare and distribute resort communications and newsletters.
• Assist with planning guest/resident events and marketing materials.
• Review invoices and code payables; obtain manager approval.
• Check guests in and out for reservations.
