Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and share area info.
• Process cash and credit card transactions per established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify guest charges.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals/groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and completely.
