Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co., a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, is seeking a guest services-oriented role at our resorts. You will engage guests with direct marketing, provide concierge-like service, and schedule meetings with member services to discuss ownership updates and workshops.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and strong computer skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Benefits include health, retirement, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in general computer skills

Responsibilities

Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts
Provide concierge-like service to all guests
Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop
The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update
Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift
