Sun Outdoors is seeking a Resort Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative work across resort facilities and grounds. You will assist with repairs, cleaning, and upkeep to ensure guest and resident satisfaction.

The role requires outdoor work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for on-call needs. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Proven general maintenance techniques and repair basics.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely.
• Capable of working independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and perform maintenance or repair duties using hand tools.
• Complete minor repairs to rental units and facilities as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor emergency repairs on plumbing, sewage, and street repairs.
