Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months maintenance experience preferred.
• General maintenance techniques knowledge.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and perform maintenance or repair duties.
• Complete minor repairs to rental units and facilities.
• Inspect irrigation systems and repair as needed.
• Maintain resort grounds and landscaping.
• Ensure resort is presentable and adheres to curb appeal standards.
• Maintain pool and other amenities.
