Sun Outdoors is seeking a Resort Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our resort properties. You will handle building repairs, grounds upkeep, and assist with site setups to ensure guest arrivals run smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic tools proficiency, and the ability to lift 50 pounds; on-call availability is required. We offer generous benefits, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months maintenance experience in a campground or RV resort preferred.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Outdoor work in varying seasons.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across resort facilities.
• Inspect irrigation systems, playgrounds, pools, and grounds.
• Maintain resort cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Assist with site setups and guest readiness.
• Report maintenance issues to the manager.
• Operate vehicles safely and on-call duties as needed.
