Job summary

Capital Vacations in North Carolina seeks a skilled General Manager to oversee all resort operations, manage day-to-day staff, and act as a strategic ambassador for the property and its Owners. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Hospitality or equivalent industry job-related experience.
• Minimum 5 years General Manager experience; timeshare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations functions of the Resort and lead day-to-day staff management.
• Submit payroll to Human Resources and maintain regular department briefings with heads of departments.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards across all departments.
• Lead capital projects, customer service initiatives, and refurbishment efforts to protect profitability.
• Prepare and present the resort's Annual Operating Budget and strategic plans.
• Monitor P&L statements and develop actions to meet revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
