Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Hospitality or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager preferred.
• Experience within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations functions of the Resort.
• Manage payroll and staff briefings.
• Ensure compliance with Resort standards and handles complaints.
• Prepare and manage the resort's annual budget and financial reports.
• Lead the team and respond to audits.
