Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Site General Manager to oversee resort operations, staff leadership, and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and all departments, ensuring SOP compliance and strong financial performance.

The role requires extensive hospitality experience, strategic planning, budget management, and excellent communication skills to lead a diverse team across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in hospitality/business management.
• Experience as General Manager or Assistant GM preferred.
• Experience in hospitality industry with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the resort and manage day-to-day staff.
• Lead department heads, coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and service standards.
• Manage budgeting, revenue targets, and cost savings actions.
• Prepare and present annual operating budget and capital budget.
