Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations across all departments.
• Process and review payroll with Human Resources.
• Lead regular briefings with department heads and ensure service standards.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and capital plans.
• Monitor P&L and implement actions to improve profitability.
• Travel for offsite training and transitions when needed.
