Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field with 5+ years in resort leadership, strong financial acumen, and proven team-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in resort management or leadership roles is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of resort operations, planning, organizing, and leading the team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and development of staff to uphold service quality.
• Manage monthly operating budgets and work toward revenue goals while controlling costs.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
