Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a skilled General Manager to lead day-to-day resort operations, staff management, and guest satisfaction. You will partner with Owners and the Board to implement service standards and strategic plans that optimize profitability and guest experience.

The role requires executive leadership across departments, hands-on problem solving, and a willingness to travel for offsite training or transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Hospitality or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience as General Manager or Assistant GM preferred.
• Experience within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong leadership; ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the resort and daily staff management.
• Submit payroll to HR and conduct regular department head meetings.
• Lead budgeting, marketing plans, and revenue/profitability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and service standards.
• Travel on company business as needed (average 1–2 weeks).
