Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead resort operations and guest service excellence. You will provide strategic direction across departments, drive budget goals, and partner with Owners and the Board to optimize profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, outstanding communication, and a proven track record in hospitality. A flexible schedule and willingness to travel for training or transitions are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Hospitality or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong leadership; able to manage and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resort operations and guest services.
• Lead department heads and coordinate daily tasks.
• Manage budget planning and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Travel up to 1–2 weeks for training or transitions.
