Capital Vacations, LLC seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee daily resort operations, lead diverse departments, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will act as an ambassador, align the service culture, and drive profitability while guiding owners and the board on strategic decisions.

The role demands strong leadership, budget management, and a proven track record in hospitality. Travel for training and post-transition support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience as a General Manager or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations functions of the resort.
• Process and submit payroll to Human Resources.
• Lead regular briefings with department heads and manage guest issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and service standards.
• Lead capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment initiatives.
• Manage budget planning, revenue targets, and cost savings actions.
• Provide leadership to resort team members and respond to audits.
• Travel for offsite training support or transitions when needed.
