Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead resort operations, guest experience, and team performance. You will set strategic direction, manage budgets, and collaborate with Owners and Board Members to optimize profitability and service quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in general management within hospitality or timeshare environments, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive guest satisfaction while controlling costs. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• General Manager or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing payroll and budgeting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Flexible schedule and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee resort operations and staff management.
