Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership in New York seeks a senior property leader responsible for all aspects of operations, guest and associate satisfaction, human resources, and financial performance, with accountability for brand service strategy and guest expectations.

You will lead the property leadership team, collaborate with the Association Board, and drive revenue, profitability, and owner/guest loyalty through proactive communication and clear performance goals across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, hospitality, or related field (not strictly required).
• Proven track record in senior hotel/property management or timeshare/resort leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead property strategy, operations, and department budgets.
• Oversee owner relationships and governance with COA/board requirements.
• Drive revenue management, pricing, and profit optimization.
• Manage human resources, recruitment, training, and associate engagement.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to deliver service excellence.
