Job summary

Capital Vacations seeks a skilled General Manager to oversee resort operations, guest satisfaction, and staff leadership. You will manage finance, budgeting, and service standards while collaborating with Owners and Board Members to drive profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple departments. A flexible schedule and travel as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or hospitality, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proven leadership.
• Ability to prioritize, manage, and delegate efficiently; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations functions of the Resort.
• Lead regular briefings with heads of departments.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and service standards.
• Manage budgeting, revenue targets, and cost controls.
• Provide leadership to all resort team members and guests.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery; travel as needed.
