Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule front desk, reservations, and night audit teams to forecast.
• Protect rate integrity and partner with Revenue on rates and forecasts.
• Lead service recovery and resolve root issues.
• Oversee cash handling, audit accuracy, and accounting controls.
