Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Florida is seeking a well-rounded Front Office Manager to lead the Front Desk and Call Center operations. You will drive service excellence, uphold Forbes Travel Guide and AAA standards, and foster a culture that elevates guest experiences around the clock.

The role requires senior hospitality leadership, strong team development, and the ability to manage high-demand periods with grace while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of managerial experience in luxury hospitality.
• Thorough knowledge of AAA 5-Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star standards.
• CPR certification highly preferred.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff.
• Able to work a 24-hour operation and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all hotel features, services, hours.
• Supervise Front Office team and ensure efficient handover.
• Ensure adherence to Pier Sixty-Six and Forbes standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive relations.
• Resolve guest complaints to achieve complete satisfaction.
• Monitor check-in/check-out processes and overbookings.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room status and VIP arrivals.
