Job summary

Prime Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our resort in Marathon, FL. You will welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and help ensure an unforgettable stay from first hello to goodbye.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, night audit support, and guest services across food & beverage, meetings, and transportation, along with safety and security procedures and brand standards adherence.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Polished, professional presence with strong customer service
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and polish and assist with check-in/check-out
• Use consultative selling to promote room upgrades, packages, and amenities
• Verify guest payments, balance cash, and balance accounts per guidelines
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages; handle mail and packages for guests
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and with empathy, documenting solutions
