Job summary

Palm House in Florida is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead guest services and front desk operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in our luxury hospitality setting. You will foster hospitality, teamwork, and Palm House standards.

You will supervise Front Desk Agents, Guest Service Supervisors, and Night Auditors, coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance, manage VIP arrivals, and address guest concerns while driving service excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in front office or guest services with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front office activities to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Supervise Front Desk Agents, Guest Service Supervisors, and Night Auditors.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage departments to meet guest needs.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll review, and staff performance evaluations.
